Although astrology may not be the first thing you think about when it comes to your health, it can be an incredibly valuable tool to help you understand yourself. Though not “scientific” and often seen as detached or ungrounded, I’ve found it to be a very functional tool, bring light to the more subtle, internal energies of our inner world that can be hard to put into words. It started out as a curiosity, but has only deepened as I’ve learned more about it and experienced it first hand, finding ways to root it into my physical body. Our personalities are made up of lots of different facets, often hard to understand, but astrology helps to at least give a framework to explore ourselves in a deeper way.

In this session, you will:

– Be introduced to your personal natal chart
– Learn what the signs and planets represent
– The elements of air, water, earth & fire
– Gain deeper insights about why you may be the way you are
– Receive a personal write-up & further informational handouts
